The client, an institution focused on promoting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), aimed to launch a unified Micro Enterprise Loan Management System (MELMS) to streamline loan distribution and management for micro-enterprises under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE). The challenge was to provide a complete, configurable, and integrated solution within a very aggressive timeline.
